Citizens increasingly demand immediacy and fluidity, not only in their interactions with private companies, but also with public administrations and their services, including public transport. Underlying governance structures are often complex, raising the question of how this complexity can be overcome by offering the simple solutions that citizens-customers expect. The panelists will delve into this issue and provide some insights into how to achieve simplification in a complex environment, with the ultimate goal of increasing the use of public transport.
